Enhance your customer focus.
Your clients and colleagues expect quality, and service quality has never been more important than it is right now. Enhanced customer focus will help you to attract and keep clients. No matter what your area of specialty is, you and your organization can benefit from a basic understanding of continuous improvement principles. More than 15,000 insurance professionals have already benefited from the AIS program - you can benefit, too.
The AAI designation program gives you a competitive edge in the increasingly competitive insurance business. You will be able to increase your commissions, improve your insurance knowledge, learn how to avoid E&O claims, and earn continuing education (CE) credits for your license renewal all at the same time. AAI is more cost-effective and more flexible than other comparable programs. Further, no continuing education credits are required to maintain your designation. AAI is the result of a joint effort of the Insurance Institute of America (IIA) and the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America (IIABA).
